THE IDEA BEHIND TIHEX
On a well-built car, small details often make the difference. Standard fasteners do their job, but titanium combines low weight and high corrosion resistance with a finish that can become a visible part of the build.
That is why the TiHex range includes individual sizes and combinations that work together, such as bolts with Cup Washers and low-profile Torx bolts with Step Washers.
COLOUR & FINISH
Anodising does not add a paint or lacquer layer. The colour is created by a controlled oxide layer on the titanium itself.
The same colour can therefore look different under different light sources and viewing angles. This dynamic effect is an important feature of anodised titanium and is often more noticeable in person than in a product photo.
Many coloured versions are processed after ordering. Processing takes up to 3 working days before dispatch.
WHAT WE FOCUS ON
A good-looking bolt is of little use if the size, thread pitch or version is wrong. That is why we aim to make the technical information as clear as possible for every product.
For safety-critical or heavily loaded connections, such as brakes, suspension and steering, always follow the specifications and tightening torques provided by the vehicle or component manufacturer.
