Where are TiHex orders shipped from?

TiHex orders are processed and shipped from the Netherlands.

What size titanium bolt do I need?

Always check the thread size, pitch and length of the original fastener. These details can often be found on the original part, in technical documentation or by measuring the bolt.

Unsure about the correct size? Contact us and, if possible, send a photo and the dimensions of the original part.

Which titanium grade is used for TiHex products?

All TiHex hardware is made from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), except for the titanium hose clamps, which are made from Grade 2 titanium.

What is the processing time for coloured products?

Coloured versions are usually anodised in the chosen TiHex colour after ordering. Processing takes up to 3 working days before dispatch.

Bare Titanium products that are in stock and ready to ship can usually be processed faster.

Why does anodised titanium look different under different lighting?

The colour of anodised titanium results from the way light is reflected by the oxide layer. The same colour can therefore look different depending on the light source and viewing angle.

A screen may also display the shade differently from real life. In person, the colour effect is often more vibrant and has greater depth.
